Because our custom Hawaiian Shirts are totally made from scratch, we can make them virtually any pattern you desire. Our most popular fabrics for our custom Hawaiian shirts are a poly/cotton blend. We also offer them in cotton, poly and rayon. Poly/cotton blend are most ordered because it is totally wash & wear…no ironing.
Our Custom Hawaiian Shirts are available in men, women and children and correspond with USA sizes (e.g. s, m, l, xl and xxl…we can even make them up to 6xl). Our artists will help you design a unique custom Hawaiian shirt pattern utilizing your logo and/or theme with as many colors as desired in only a day or two. Our turnaround time to complete an order is only 5 weeks from the time of order. Each shirt comes with a FREE custom woven label and is individually poly bagged.

NOTE: Our Poly/Cotton blend is our most popular because they wear cool, are color fast, and are wash and wear requiring no ironing. Other fabrics require dry cleaning.
